GoyMail

Terms of Service

Last updated: April 2026. By using GoyMail you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. The service

GoyMail provides email-related services (including web signup, account management, and optional mail client access) as described on this site. Features, limits, and availability may change. We do not guarantee uptime, delivery, or storage of any particular message.

2. Acceptable use

You must not use GoyMail to:

  • Send spam, scams, malware, or unsolicited bulk mail.
  • Harass, threaten, or impersonate others unlawfully.
  • Violate applicable law in your jurisdiction or ours.
  • Probe, overload, or circumvent technical limits or security controls without authorization.

We may limit outbound mail or disable SMTP for accounts that break these rules. Full account suspension or termination is reserved for severe, repeated, or clearly unlawful abuse, sometimes without prior notice. See Abuse for reporting.

3. Accounts and access

You are responsible for keeping your credentials (including access tokens and app passwords) confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Outbound SMTP and other sensitive capabilities may be restricted until additional verification (for example proof-of-work or payment) as described on Contact & FAQ.

New accounts are created only when the registration API receives a valid, server-issued consent token tied to your acceptance of these terms and the Privacy Policy.

4. Donations and payments

Voluntary donations do not create a contract for specific service levels. Donations and public accounting are described on Donate and Public accounting.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoyMail operators and volunteers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service.

7. Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Contact
